Our mission is to level the playing field of poetry education by making high-quality instruction accessible and empowering. We help writers thrive outside traditional academic spaces through community, collaboration, and craft.

Art Sick Magazine is an online poetry publication from The Poetry Lab that makes space for finished poems that feel necessary. Work shaped by constraint, lived experience, joy, grief, and the urgency of the ineffable. We seek craft-driven, experimental writing across forms (including prose poetry, hybrid texts, and invented forms) and publish two issues per year, in June and January.
